Borobudur Temple

Borobudur Temple (Andam, 2013)

Borobudur is the biggest temple in the world. The location of the Borobudur is in Magelang City, Central Java, Indonesia. Near from Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Two weeks ago I have visit this temple with my sister. As a Indonesian, i have visit this temple three times, the first when i was student in junior high school, the second when  i was collegian in Semarang State University, and the third last month ago. Every i was visit this temple, the temple always same. Many tourist visit this temple, foreign countries tourist or domestic tourist from Indonesia.

Borobudur have made in eight centuries, phase Syailendra Dynasty, from Mataram Kingdom in the Java. Borobudur have made original  from stone. As one of seven wonders in the world, the building of Borobudur temple always awake the authenticity. To keep the cleanness the temple, the visitor can’t bring something that can make the building the temple broken, like felt tip marker etc. Beside that, the visitor can’t bring food, just licensed bring mineral water.

To enter Borobudur area you must wear Batik, traditional shirt from Indonesia. If you don’t wear Batik, you don’t be afraid because you can borrow batik fabric with official the temple. Beside temple, in Borobudur location you also can visit museum and theater. You can also use bicycle circling the area or by horse.

Near from  Borobudur, we can find traditional market. There are sell many souvenir like henger for key, batik, bag, hat, traditional food, and others. Don’t worry, the price is very cheap for our pocket.
